Job summary

Rani Petroleum in Jadcherla, Telangana seeks a hands-on manager to oversee daily petrol pump operations, lead a 10+ team, and drive sales with strong customer service and stock control. You will ensure compliance with HPCL/PESO rules, manage cash and inventory, and build relationships with local businesses and fleet customers.

The role requires Shift capability, strong numeracy, and experience in fuel-retail outlets; familiarity with Jadcherla region is a plus.

Qualifications

• 38 years of experience in petrol pump / fuel retail / retail outlet management.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ employees is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fuel station operations, stock management and cash handling.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage staff effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel/WhatsApp.
• Strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop commercial customers.
• Candidates familiar with Jadcherla / Mahbubnagar region will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in HPCL/BPCL/IOCL petrol pumps will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the petrol pump.
• Lead, supervise and motivate pump attendants and other outlet staff.
• Ensure smooth and efficient fuel dispensing operations.
• Monitor daily sales, stock, cash collections and shift-wise transactions.
• Maintain accurate daily sales, stock and cash reports.
• Ensure proper fuel stock reconciliation and minimize losses.
• Drive petrol and diesel sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, fleet owners and commercial customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with HPCL, PESO, safety and company operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Monitor staff attendance, shifts, performance and grooming.
• Coordinate fuel deliveries and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve outlet profitability.
• Take responsibility for the overall performance and profitability of the outlet.
