Job summary

Accutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat, India is seeking a store management professional to oversee Raw Material, General and Finished Goods stores. The role requires ensuring receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials with accurate ERP entries.

You will coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Sales and Dispatch, monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or obsolete inventory, and ensure FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability, and proper housekeeping in line with ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Gujarati, English, Hindi language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Raw Material, General and Finished Goods Stores.
• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, identification, storage and issue of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels and ERP entries.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot traceability and material identification.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Sales and Dispatch for material movement and requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure timely issue of raw materials against production requirements and proper return of unused materials.
• Manage Finished Goods storage, identification, stock records and dispatch coordination.
• Conduct and coordinate periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, storage practices and 5S within all stores.
• Maintain stores-related documentation and support ISO audits and compliance requirements.
