Job summary

Simplyfyd Solutions seeks a Store Incharge at Dona Paula, Goa, to manage day-to-day store operations on a residential and commercial construction site. You will handle inventory, material movements, GRN generation, and coordination with site and purchase teams.

The role requires 4–5 years of store experience in construction, with preference for candidates who can manage site stores independently. Immediate to 30 days notice period; Monthly pay in INR.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as Store Incharge in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Experience handling site stores independently preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Handle material inward and outward entries systematically.
• Monitor stock availability and inform Management/Purchase Department regarding shortages.
• Verify received materials with purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, gate passes, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Vendors, Contractors, and Purchase Department.
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and tracking of materials at site/store.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain daily stock reports.
• Prevent material wastage, pilferage, and unauthorized movement of stock.
• Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and smooth functioning of the store area.
• Support smooth site execution by ensuring timely material availability.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Incharge to manage day-to-daystore operations at our construction project site in Dona Paula, Goa. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material handling, inward/outward entries, stock monitoring, and coordination with site and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Handle material inward and outward entries systematically.
• Monitor stock availability and inform Management/Purchase Department regarding shortages.
• Verify received materials with purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

• 4 to 5 years of experience as Store Incharge in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Experience in handling site stores independently will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,083.15 - ₹50,939.13 per month
