Unique Software Service in India is seeking an experienced Store Incharge/Inventory to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and material inward/outward, ensuring timely material availability for production.

This in-person, full-time role requires meticulous documentation, regular stock verification, and coordinating with purchase, production, and accounts teams. Monthly salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 along with standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory records.
• Handle inward and outward material entries with proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure production material availability.
• Maintain stock registers, reports, and issue records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts teams.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages to the concerned department.
• Prevent material wastage, damage, and unauthorized stock movement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Document GRN, challans, invoices, and related store documents.
