Job summary

Jobitus in Hyderabad, Telangana, India is seeking a Store Head with a minimum of 4 years' experience in project materials management. The role requires a Graduate (minimum) and hands-on work with warehousing, stock control and ERP/SAP transactions.

You will supervise receiving, storage, issue against requisitions, vendor coordination and safety compliance, including gate control and MIS reporting at CtrlS Project, Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Graduate (minimum) with relevant field experience.
• Experience in store and inventory management for electrical project materials.
• Familiar with ERP/SAP stock transactions.
• Proficient in MS Excel for stock reconciliation.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and transporters.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against PO and challan – issue GRN/MIR.
• Store materials systematically with proper binning, preservation and safety.
• Issue materials to site against approved indents/requisitions; maintain issue slips, returns and subcontractor-issued material records.
• Maintain stock records in ERP/SAP and MS Excel; conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise timely requisitions to purchase; follow up on pending deliveries.
• Handle local-market purchases within approved limits; manage local vendors and transporters.
• Control gate movement, security, housekeeping and fire safety in the store; manage scrap and surplus; submit stock and consumption MIS.

Qualification: Graduate (minimum) / extensive relevant field experience
Reporting To PROJECT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against PO/delivery challan – check quantity, condition, make and test certificates – and issue GRN/MIR.
• Store materials systematically (cable drums, panels, transformers, DG parts, trays, luminaires) with proper binning, preservation and safety.
• Issue materials to site only against approved indents/requisitions; maintain issue slips, returns and subcontractor-issued material records.
• Maintain accurate stock and ledger records in ERP/SAP and MS Excel; conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise timely requisitions to purchase; follow up on pending deliveries.
• Handle local-market purchases within approved limits; manage local vendors and transporters.
• Control gate movement, security, housekeeping and fire safety in the store; manage scrap and surplus; submit stock and consumption MIS.
