Job summary

Minimac Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Stores & Inventory Manager to oversee inward material, GRN, stock control, cycle counts, and timely material availability for production.

Ideal candidate has 5–8 years in stores/inventory in engineering/manufacturing, at least 3 years with SAP B1, and strong MS Excel skills for inventory reporting and store documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of stores/inventory management experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on SAP B1 experience.
• GRN, inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and material handling knowledge.
• Experience with engineering components, bought-out parts, and subcontracting materials.
• Strong MS Excel, inventory reporting, and store documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage material inward, inspection coordination, GRN, and documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and proper storage.
• Handle material issue and returns against BOMs and production orders.
• Update inventory transactions in SAP B1.
• Conduct physical stock verification, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, and slow/non-moving inventory.
• Track materials sent to subcontractors and reconcile job-work records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts teams.
• Supervise store staff and ensure timely material availability for assembly.
