Job summary

Nureca is seeking a store/inventory professional to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material movement in Mohali. You will handle inward/outward materials, maintain stock records, and support stock audits with attention to accuracy and compliance.

You should have 3-5 years of experience in store or inventory management, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/inventory software.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue/receipt records, and stock reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store area.

Job description

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material movement.
• Handle inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and other materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, physical inventory, and system stock and identify discrepancies.
• Manage raw material receiving, storage, identification, and issuance as per requirements.
• Ensure proper binning, labelling, stacking, and storage of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and support periodic stock audits.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials against approved requisitions.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue/receipt records, and stock reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store area.
• Follow company SOPs and inventory control procedures.

Requirements-

• Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Experience in handling raw materials and stock inward/outward processes.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
• Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred

Experience in a manufacturing/pharma/medical device/FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
