Job summary

GIC Industrial Components LLP in Jamnagar is seeking a Store Executive (Asst. Officer / Supervisor / Sr. Assistant) to manage material inward, inventory, documentation and day-to-day store operations at our manufacturing facility.

You will handle MRN creation, stock statements, gate passes, challans and Store MIS, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Prior manufacturing store experience and ERP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stores, Inventory or Material Management in a manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of documentation, inventory control and basic computer/ERP operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify quantity, quality and details as per Purchase Orders.
• Prepare MRN and maintain inward and material records.
• Maintain stock statements and inventory levels as per minimum/maximum requirements.
• Maintain Inventory, Miscellaneous Stock and Returnable/Non-returnable item records.
• Control freight, loading/unloading and monthly material issues.
• Prepare Gate Passes, Challans, P.R., stock statements and Store MIS.
• Ensure all Store MIS and reports are accurate and submitted on time.

About the Role
