Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming materials are received, verified, and recorded via GRN.
• Maintain stock levels per production requirements to avoid delays.
• Follow FIFO for material movement and consumption.
• Perform weekly physical stock verification and reconcile with system.
• Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and MIS reports on stock and activities.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock movement, and address discrepancies.
• Utilize SAP knowledge to manage inventory processes.

Job Summary

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory and stock control, customer service, billing, product display, and store maintenance. The role involves ensuring adequate stock availability, maintaining accurate inventory and, The Store Executive is also expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• 1. GRN (Goods Received Note): Ensure all incoming materials are properly received, verified, and recorded through the GRN process.
• 2. Production Requirements: Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available as per production requirements to avoid production delays.
• 3. FIFO (First In, First Out): Follow the FIFO system for material movement and consumption to ensure older stock is utilized first.
• 4. Weekly Physical Stock Verification: Conduct physical stock verification once every week and reconcile the physical stock with the system inventory.
• 5. Daily, Monthly & MIS Reports: Prepare and maintain daily reports, monthly reports, and MIS reports related to inventory, stock movement, and operational activities.
• 6. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movement, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper storage and availability of materials.
