The Store Executive will be responsible for managing hospital store operations, including material receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, documentation, and stock reconciliation. This requires strong knowledge of store management, purchase coordination, material handling, and record maintenance. The candidate will ensure timely availability of medicines, consumables, stationery, equipment items, and hospital supplies while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and proper stock control.

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of hospital store materials.
• Verify material quantity, quality, purchase order details, invoice information, and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, issue slips, GRN entries, and store documentation.
• Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions and hospital procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, slow-moving items, or urgent requirements.
• Coordinate with purchase, pharmacy, nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration teams.
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and segregation of materials in store areas.
• Follow FIFO, FEFO, expiry control, and proper storage practices for applicable items.
• Conduct stock reconciliation, physical verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organized storage conditions in store areas.
• Handle damaged, expired, rejected, or returned materials as per hospital policy.
• Prepare store MIS reports, stock summaries, consumption reports, and pending requirement updates.
• Support vendor coordination, material follow-up, and documentation for purchase activities.
• Ensure accountability, traceability, and controlled movement of hospital materials.
• Support cost control by reducing wastage, overstocking, and inventory mismatch.
