Job summary

Wakefit Innovations in Bengaluru (India) seeks a diligent Inventory & Store Management professional to oversee GRN, stock control, and reporting. You will ensure material availability for production, strictly follow FIFO, and perform regular stock verifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily, weekly, and MIS reports, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely reconciliations to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Role & responsibilities

1. GRN (Goods Received Note): Ensure all incoming materials are properly received, verified, and recorded through the GRN process.

2. Production Requirements: Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available as per production requirements to avoid production delays. 3. FIFO (First In, First Out): Follow the FIFO system for material movement and consumption to ensure older stock is utilized first.

4. Weekly Physical Stock Verification: Conduct physical stock verification once every week and reconcile the physical stock with the system inventory.

5. Daily, Monthly & MIS Reports: Prepare and maintain daily reports, monthly reports, and MIS reports related to inventory, stock movement, and operational activities.
