Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in stores, procurement, or component kitting.
• Familiarity with electronic components is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirements.
• Prepare component kits based on BOMs and production schedules.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
• Maintain store documentation, GRNs, stock registers, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth material flow.
• Follow safety, quality, and ESD handling procedures for electronic components.
