• Proven experience in store keeping, warehouse management, or inventory control.
• Good knowledge of electronic components and basic electronics terminology.
• Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software exposure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and control component stock levels to support monthly production requirements
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and project plans
• Handle inward and outward material movements, including verification and documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or system-based)
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams to align material availability
• Conduct periodic stock audits and report variances
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of electronic components
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety standards
