Manpowergroup Services India is seeking an inventory/ stores professional to manage materials, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with purchasing and maintenance teams. You will handle GRN, issue materials, and prepare requisitions for low stock items.

The role requires SAP proficiency, strong Excel/MIS skills, and familiarity with Power BI. Preference given to candidates from 2-wheeler or Tier-1 companies. Experience in stock control and coordinating across departments is essential.

• Receive and inspect engineering materials and spare parts and indirect material.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
• Material Inward (GRN), Issue materials to maintenance/engineering teams.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for low-stock items.
• Maintain proper storage, labelling, and organization.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, and accounts departments.
• Prevent stock shortages, damage, and unauthorized issues.

Description du poste

1. Receive and inspect engineering materials and spare parts and indirect material.
2. Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
3. Material Inward (GRN), Issue materials to maintenance/engineering teams.
4. Prepare purchase requisitions for low-stock items.
5. Maintain proper storage, labelling, and organization.
6. Track incoming and outgoing materials.
7. Conduct periodic physical stock checks.
8. Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, and accounts departments.
9. Prevent stock shortages, damage, and unauthorized issues.
10. Proficient in SAP Transaction and System Work (MGO, Transfer Posting, Invoice Creation, Vendor Rejection)
11. Preferably candidate is from 2-wheeler or tier one company
12. Good in Excel and MIS preparation, knowledge of Power BI etc
