Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages per standards and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and clear tables throughout service.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and stations are clean and well-arranged.
• Maintain dining area hygiene and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Cashier and Captain/Supervisor for smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant SOPs.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and service prep.
• Support team during peak hours, events and special occasions.

• Check guest satisfaction and respond promptly to basic guest requests.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and elevate issues to the supervisor when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and service preparation.

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
