Job summary

THE Hazelnut Factory in Gurugram invites an experienced restaurant supervisor to oversee service staff, welcome guests, allocate tables, and coordinate orders with kitchen and bar. This role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service during shifts.

You will train stewards, monitor service quality, maintain hygiene and SOPs, handle guest queries, and assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant/hospitality operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team.
• Familiarity with restaurant SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Capable of handling high-volume service situations.
