Brik Oven Private Limited is seeking a Steward for its Brine resto-bar in Indira Nagar, Tamil Nadu. You will welcome guests, guide seating, present menus, and assist with food and beverage queries to ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and serve promptly while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Freshers with enthusiasm for hospitality are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Previous experience in a resto-bar is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may apply.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with seating and service requirements.
• Present menus and assist guests with basic food and beverage queries.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with captains, kitchen staff, and bar staff for smooth service.
• Handle guest requests politely and elevate complaints to senior team.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between guests.
• Maintain personal grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Support upselling initiatives and contribute to a positive guest experience.

We are looking for a Steward to join the team at Brine and ensure smooth service operations while providing guests with a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
