Job summary

Brik Oven Private Limited, a premium casual dining brand, is seeking a Hygiene Assistant / Housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across Brine restaurant. You will ensure the dining areas, kitchen, washrooms, and other premises remain clean, organised, and welcoming for guests and team members.

The role requires prior housekeeping experience, a solid understanding of sanitation practices, and the ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, kitchen spaces, washrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitise floors, tables, surfaces, and other frequently used areas.
• Ensure washrooms are clean and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Assist with cleaning duties before, during, and after restaurant operations.
• Report maintenance issues and shortages of cleaning supplies to the supervisor.
• Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning materials and equipment.
