Qualifications

• Read and write at beginner level, and speak English at an intermediate level.
• 10th Standard completed; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Experience in restaurant operations or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a presentable, well-groomed appearance per hygiene standards.

• Assists in all Host activities as per Brik Oven standard
• Assists in all dine in services as per Brik Oven standard
• Assists in Coffee making as per Brik Oven recipe
• Adhere to uniform guidelines and maintain a professional appearance as per Brik Oven standards.
• Ensure personal hygiene and grooming standards are met as per Brik Oven.
• Assists in both pre-opening and post-closure activities

Requirements

• To read and write at a beginner level, and to speak at an intermediate level in English.

• Proven experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.
• Ability to maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance in accordance with hygiene standards
• To possess customer service skills and be hospitable and empathetic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capability to lift a minimum of 10 kg and meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
