Job summary

Brik Oven is looking for an Associate to join our hospitality team in India. You will handle front-of-house duties, assist in dine-in service, and ensure coffee is prepared per our recipes.

Maintain a presentable look and follow Brik Oven uniform standards as you support pre-opening and post-closure tasks. Ideal candidates read and write at a beginner level in English and speak at an intermediate level, with 10th standard education and hospitality experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• Beginner reading/writing; intermediate spoken English.
• 10th standard completed; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in restaurant operations.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance as per hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capability to lift a minimum of 10 kg and meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
