Brik Oven is hiring for a Hospitality Host role. You will assist in host activities, dine-in services, and coffee preparation to ensure guests feel welcome. Maintain uniform and grooming standards while supporting pre-opening and post-closure tasks, and assist in delivery operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, a presentable appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible multitasking across tasks from dining to delivery.

Qualifications

• To read and write at a beginner level, and to speak at an intermediate level in English.
• 10th Standard completed; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.
• Ability to maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance in accordance with hygiene standards
• To possess customer service skills and be hospitable and empathetic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capability to lift a minimum of 10 kg and meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
