Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute accurate setup, portioning, and presentation of food trays according to prescribed diets.
• Deliver meals, beverages, and snacks to patients in rooms, maintaining temperature integrity.
• Verify patient credentials and cross-check dietary updates before serving to prevent errors.
• Provide courteous hospitality service to guest dining lounges and meetings.
• Clear soiled dishes and service gear, ensuring waste segregation and cleanliness.
• Monitor pantry equipment and report maintenance or shortages to supervisor.
• Coordinate with nutritionists and kitchen teams for last-minute dietary modifications.
• Demonstrate strong hospitality ethics with a patient-first approach.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hospital sanitization protocols.

To deliver high-quality food, beverage, and dietary hospitality services directly to patient rooms and guest dining areas, ensuring absolute adherence to hygiene standards, therapeutic dietary requirements, and professional service protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the accurate setup, portioning, and presentation of food trays according to prescribed patient diet charts.
• Deliver meals, beverages, and snacks to patients in their respective rooms promptly, keeping temperature integrity intact.
• Verify patient credentials and cross-check special dietary updates before serving to prevent clinical food distribution errors.
• Provide polite, attentive hospitality service to guest dining lounges and internal executive conference meetings.
• Clear soiled dishes, trays, and service gear from patient floors efficiently, ensuring strict segregation of general waste and dietary washables.
• Monitor pantry equipment operations and report maintenance or shortage issues immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
• Coordinate closely with clinical nutritionists and kitchen operations teams to process last-minute dietary modifications or adjustments.
• Strong hospitality ethics with an empathetic, customer-first approach.
• Clear understanding of food safety regulations, hospital sanitization protocols, and grooming benchmarks.
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle immediate patient requests or concerns politely under pressure.
• Dependable team player with strong physical stamina and operational coordination skills.
