Job summary

HLFPPT is seeking a data-focused professional to extract NIKSHAY data weekly and produce analytical reports for the SPM with detailed district-level insights. You will support gap analysis and guide data quality improvements.

You will develop interactive dashboards, establish fortnightly field feedback, and build capacity in daily reporting, ensuring timely dissemination to NTEP and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, demography, health informatics, or a related field with minimum three years of experience.
• A postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Extract NIKSHAY data weekly and submit analytical report to SPM.
• Support SPM in submitting gap analysis.
• Provide guidance on data quality and share indicator-wise real time feedback to State.
• Develop component specific dashboards - interactive and online.
• Develop mechanism to maintain fortnightly feedback to field teams.
• Build capacity to field staff on daily reporting.
• Develop mechanism to track daily work progress.
• Ensure District, State share analytical feedback to NTEP on fortnightly/Monthly basis; collaborate with stakeholders to share M&E findings.
• Conduct training on Nikshay for project staff.

Ensure District, State are sharing analytical feedback to concerned NTEP on fortnightly/Monthly basis collaborate with other stakeholders to share M&E findings.
