Doctors For You is hiring a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Head for its TB Projects based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR. The role involves leading M&E frameworks, data analysis, field monitoring, and evaluation of tuberculosis programs at national and state levels.

Doctors For You invites applications for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Head for its Tuberculosis (TB) Projects. The role will be based at the administrative office in Gurugram (NCR of Delhi) and requires frequent travel (up to 70%) to project locations.

The selected candidate will provide strategic oversight and leadership for monitoring and evaluation frameworks across TB projects, including PPSA, DR‑TBI, NAAT Labs, and Active Case Finding (ACF). Responsibilities include preparing M&E plans, overseeing data collection and quality assurance, conducting field supervision visits, managing and analysing project data, coordinating evaluations, and using findings for advocacy and policy impact.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant public health or social science discipline, with 4–5 years of overall experience in public health and at least 1–2 years in M&E at national or state levels. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and statistical tools such as R, Python, or STATA, and in‑depth knowledge of the Ni‑Kshay portal are essential. The role demands excellent communication, documentation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
