Job summary

Hlfppt is seeking an experienced professional in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) to assist in M&E activities, maintain databases, and prepare reports. You will collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate data collection and report on grant requirements.

Candidates should be graduates with at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office. Previous exposure to the healthcare sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).
• Proficiency in advanced MS Office applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E Manager in implementing M&E activities, including data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
• Support data quality assurance efforts.
• Maintain M&E databases and records.
• Support the preparation of regular M&E reports.
• Conduct field visits to verify data and monitor progress.
• Ensure timely reporting to meet grant requirements.
• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager as & when required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in M & E.
• Computer Skills- MS-OFFICE (Advanced Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point).
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• Good Analytical & Problem-solving ability.
• Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
