Job summary

Hlfppt in India is hiring a data analyst to extract NIKSHAY data weekly and prepare analytical reports for the State Program Manager (SPM). The role includes building dashboards, guiding data quality, and providing real-time feedback on indicators.

You will train field staff, monitor daily reporting, and share Monitoring & Evaluation findings with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and timely submission.

Responsibilities

• Extract NIKSHAY data weekly and prepare analytical reports for the State Program Manager (SPM).
• Provide district coordinators with detailed summaries of NIKSHAY entries and analysis.
• Guide teams on data quality and share indicator-wise real-time feedback with the State.
• Develop component-specific, collaborative, and interactive online dashboards.
• Establish a mechanism for fortnightly feedback to field teams.
• Build capacity of field staff for accurate and timely daily reporting.
• Create systems to track and monitor daily work progress.
• Ensure District and State teams share analytical feedback with NTEP on a fortnightly/monthly basis.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to share Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) findings.
• Conduct training sessions on NIKSHAY for project staff.
