HLFPPT is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation professional to support data collection, analysis, and reporting for prison health programs in Meghalaya. You will develop M&E plans and monitor indicators to improve program quality.
Responsibilities include liaising with SACS, DAPCU, and partners, training staff on data tools, submitting monthly/quarterly reports, and conducting site visits. Required: Bachelor's in public health or related field with 3–5 years' experience; strong Excel; fluent in
Prepare and Support M&E plans for prison.
Collect, analyze, and review prison data for timely feedback and quality assurance.
Liaise with State AIDS Control Societies (SACS), DAPCU, and development partners for coordination and data sharing.
Ensure timely submission of Monthly and Quarterly reports.
Support developing monitoring tools
Maintain accurate records on MIS data and program indicators, carry out periodic data analysis, and submit findings to address gaps in program planning.
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project records.
Train community staff on data collection tools and methodologies, providing supportive supervision.
Implement, monitor, and evaluate training using assessment/feedback tools.
Any other task assigned by the reporting manager as & when required.
Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, population studies, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience.
1. Computer Skills- MS-OFFICE (Advanced Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point).
2. Good Communication (verbal & written in English & Hindi)
3. Ability to maintain data confidentiality
4. Good Analytical & Problem solving ability
5. Good presentation skills
6. Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
