Job summary

Hlfppt is seeking a data-focused professional to coordinate NIKSHAY data collection, weekly analysis, and reporting for SPM. The role includes guiding data quality, producing real-time feedback on indicators, and building interactive dashboards for M&E purposes.

You will develop mechanisms to track daily and fortnightly progress, train field staff, and collaborate with District/State teams to improve reporting and insights for NTEP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, demography, health informatics, or a related field with minimum three years of experience.
• A postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• Working exposure in healthcare (doctor) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Extract NIKSHAY data weekly and submit analytical report to SPM.
• Support SPM in submitting gap analysis.
• Provide guidance on data quality and share indicator-wise real-time feedback to State.
• Develop component-specific and collaborative dashboards—interactive and online.
• Develop mechanism to maintain fortnightly feedback to field teams.
• Ensure District and State are sharing analytical feedback to concerned NTEP on fortnightly/monthly basis and collaborate with stakeholders to share M&E findings.
• Conduct training on Nikshay for project staff.
