Job summary

Hlfppt is hiring for a data analyst role focusing on monitoring and evaluation in the public health sector. You will prepare and support M&E plans, collect and analyze prison data, and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, population studies or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
• Advanced MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer proficiency.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Working exposure in healthcare sector is an added advantage.

• Train community staff on data collection tools and methodologies, providing supportive supervision.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate training using assessment/feedback tools.
• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager as & when required.
