• Build long-term wealth advisory relationships with promoters, business owners, and family offices
• Drive lead generation, client conversion, and large-ticket closures
• Strategize and execute state-level business expansion plans
• Collaborate with marketing teams on HNI-focused campaigns, events, and private investor meets
• Mentor and motivate teams to consistently achieve high-value sales targets
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and performance tracking
