Qualifications

• Strong network within affluent client ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networks, referrals, and market connect.
• Own broking revenue delivery across equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency segments.
• Build and lead a team of HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors.
• Drive a performance-led, ownership-driven culture.
• Build and nurture relationships with top HNI/UHNI clients and deliver tailored investment strategies.
• Drive a research-led advisory approach across the team and leverage insights for high-conviction ideas.
• Drive adoption of wealth products (MFs, PMS/AIF, structured products, insurance) and improve wallet share.
• Represent the organisation in client forums and market interactions to build external credibility and brand presence in the HNI segment.
