• Build long-term relationships with business owners, promoters, and investors
• Execute branch-level sales strategies and revenue targets
• Coordinate with marketing teams for HNI-focused events, investor meets, and campaigns
• Motivate, mentor, and monitor senior sales teams for high performance
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and business governance
