Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Branch Head Sales with 1013 years of financial services experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing senior sales teams, handling high‑value HNI portfolios, and driving consistent revenue growth at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10–20 senior sales professionals
• Acquire, manage, and expand a high‑value HNI & UHNI client portfolio
• Leverage an existing HNI client base to close large‑ticket investments
• Drive lead generation, client conversion, and premium deal closures
• Build long‑term relationships with business owners, promoters, and investors
• Execute branch‑level sales strategies and revenue targets
• Coordinate with marketing teams for HNI‑focused events, investor meets, and campaigns
• Motivate, mentor, and monitor senior sales teams for high performanceEnsure compliance, reporting, and business governance
