Job summary

SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional to establish and grow the SIP business in Uttar Pradesh, starting with Lucknow. The role involves onboarding new franchisees, driving admissions, collecting royalties and kit fees, and handling events while building marketing ties with schools.

You will train CIS staff, manage two team members initially, and scale the franchise network from 10 to 60+ as the business expands in the region.

Responsibilities

• Establish SIP business in Uttar Pradesh and expand franchise network.
• Oversee enrollment generation: new admissions for all franchisees and retention of existing students.
• Manage royalty collections, kit fees and other franchisee-related charges.
• Coordinate CIS training and events.
• Forge marketing tie-ups with schools (approx. 50).
• Manage initial 10 franchisees with potential to scale to 60+ and lead a small team (2 members initially).

Establishing the SIP business in Uttar Pradesh and bringing the profitability to the state by appointing New Franchisees

Get New Admissions for all Franchisees, Retaining of existing Students

Collection of Royalty and Kit amount along with other Marketing and Franchisee fees;

Training of Cis; Events handling.

Marketing Tie up with around 50 schools.

No of franchises to be managed –Manage 10 franchisees initially, with the responsibility expected to grow to 60+ franchisees over time.

No. of Team Members to be Managed: 2 team members initially, with the team expected to expand as the business grows.
