Placenet Consultants is seeking a Deputy Cluster Head based in Pune to manage franchise networks across Maharashtra. The candidate will oversee franchise recruitment, admissions, and retention while driving SIP business growth and profitability in the region.

Ideal applicants have 10–13 years of experience in banking, insurance, or telecom sectors with franchise/dealer experience and team leadership. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10–13 years of total experience.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance or Telecom with franchise/dealer appointment and team handling of 3+ years.
• Willingness to travel within Maharashtra; Pune location near Nilayam Theatre.
