Job summary

Expleo Group in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced die engineering professional to own stamping die design and validation activities. You will validate 3D processes and simulations, coordinate with suppliers, and drive die design improvements with minimal supervision.

The role requires 6–12 years of stamping die experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Catia, UG NX, MS Office, and PLM. Occasional collaboration across teams is expected to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BE or B.Tech in Tool & Die making or diploma/post diploma.
• Good communication and collaboration with suppliers.
• Understanding of die design and stamping processes.

Responsibilities

• Die design validation and 3D process validation, plus simulation validation.
• Stamping project management and supplier follow-up with process/design knowledge.
• Work with minimal supervision; 4–8 years DIE design experience; understand stamping.
• Die supplier coordination and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Die design validation/3D process validation /Simulation validation
• stamping project engieer responsible for stamping project management & supplier followup .Also have knoweledge of process & design .Knoweledge of simulation .
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision and inputs .Should have die design expriance at least 4-8 year in stamping dies.Should have good understanding of the stamping process .
• Die supplier follow up & co ordination
• 2D & 3D Process Layout check & validation feedback to supplier
• Die buyoff/HLTO co ordination
• Pattern & Casting validation
• Stamping project mangement Process & simulation knoweledge will be added advantage . Good communication skills
