Job description

To review and verify Serial life change ECR request, process simulation_die design check & make feasibility report along with proposals. Create detailed designs (Cutting and non Cutting) used in manufacturing processes adhering to the Standards. Able to make the New Die design or Existing die design modification. Need to carry‑out Auto‑form Simulations and conform the panel formability. Responsible for the process definition of the stamping toolings.

Job Responsibilities

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto Form, CATIA, UG/NX).
• Strong understanding of stamping die design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze the New ECR request based on this need to modify the existing die design.
• Design die face both Tandem & progressive concepts in Autoform - NX / CATIA.
• Validate troubleshooting in formability issues & propose countermeasures to resolve the issue.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge about Transfer and Tandem Press lines.
• Process associated with Die Designs.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
