Purpose of the Role

The stamping feasibility specialist is responsible for the advance & execution phase to reduce CAPEX cost from design to manufacturing (DTM). Need to study process method 2D & 3D – optimize in 1+2 or 1+3 process. Responsible for new projects to reduce TPC (total product cost). To optimise the tooling cost by effective control on stamping process and tooling design.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead new product launches from the award of business to the successful completion.
• Optimize the stamping process & simulation issues.
• Validate the ECR changes and stamping feasibilities.
• Material utilization study & apply in new model 9.
• Ensure the sequencing of modifications with project teams, suppliers and the body shop.
• Participate in product design evolution meetings, ensuring robustness of the product evolutions for stamping/welding realizations.

Job Specification

Experience 10 ~ 12 years (in feasibility & manufacturing).

Competencies

Technical: cold stamping process, stamping tool realization, supplier project management, feasibility study, stamping trials & yield improvements, stamping part quality (skin part aspect & geometry).

Behavioral: good communication skills, leadership to drive CFT, must be willing to work overseas Stellantis plants as required by project, good analytical skills, dynamic & self‑starter, good team player – able to work as CFT to solve quality issues, problem‑solving skills.
