Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Die & Stampings Engineer for Chennai, India. The role involves die design validation, 3D process validation, and stamping project management with strong supplier coordination.

Candidates should have 6–12 years of experience in stamping dies, sound knowledge of Catia/UG NX, and proficiency with PLM and MS Project. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• BE Mech / BTech in Tool & Die making or diploma/post diploma required.
• Experience in stamping dies and die design is essential.
• Good understanding of stamping processes and die design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Die validation and 3D process validation and simulation validation.
• Stamping project management and supplier follow-up with design knowledge.
• Die supplier follow-up and coordination.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Die design validation/3D process validation /Simulation validation
• stamping project engieer responsible for stamping project management & supplier followup .Also have knoweledge of process & design .Knoweledge of simulation .
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision and inputs .Should have die design expriance at least 4-8 year in stamping dies.Should have good understanding of the stamping process .
• Die supplier follow up & co ordination
• 2D & 3D Process Layout check & validation feedback to supplier
• Die buyoff/HLTO co ordination
• Pattern & Casting validation
• Stamping project mangement Process & simulation knoweledge will be added advantage . Good communication skills
