Infineon Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Staff Specialist Talent Attraction to lead end-to-end recruiting and partner with leaders across the organization.

You will build diverse pipelines, drive sourcing innovations, and ensure onboarding success while upholding Infineon values and global governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years Talent Acquisition experience, including end-to-end recruiting for complex, leadership-level roles.
• Strong understanding of technology, semiconductor, engineering, and IT talent markets.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a global matrixed environment.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Implement sourcing strategies and build a proactive talent pipeline with diverse networks.
• Provide market insights to help critical hiring decisions and ensure governance.

As a Staff Specialist Talent Attraction in our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from understanding requirements to negotiating/extending offers and support of on-boarding activities
• Actively live the 3 roles of HR (Administrator, Consultant & Strategic Partner) on talent acquisition topics by constant proactive interactions with customers and business stakeholders to meet agreed service levels and achieve customer satisfaction
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to establish talent strategies to attract world-class talent
• Recruit qualified candidates through different channels like the Infineon database, Job Portals, social media, networking, and Employee Referrals.
• Implement new and improved sourcing strategies and build a talent-active talent pipeline, expand talent network with the use of professional/social media.
• Proactive talent mapping & Market Insights to business to help them make key critical decisions
• Build and sustain diverse talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Initiate and manage new-hire processes such as professional references and background checks.
• Use Infineon’s Application tracking system (ATS) to support the overall hiring process,
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers from job description alignment to onboarding of candidates, including all intermediate processes.
• Evaluate potential candidates on Infineon values and competencies and ensure they are Infineon fit.
• Collaborate with HR Service Centre teams locally & globally to be process efficient
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance and governance in talent acquisition
• Partner with internal organisations including HR business partners and other HR centre of Excellence functions, Finance, payroll, legal, compliance, etc
• Coordinate with Infineon empanelled HeadHunters/search partners periodically and drive them to fulfil the agreed deliverables.
• Administer pre-joining, on-boarding and post-joining formalities for incumbents.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including end-to-end recruiting for complex, niche, or leadership-level roles.
• Strong understanding of technology, semiconductor, engineering, and IT talent markets.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing hiring decisions in a matrixed, global environment.
• The ability to work and build rapport with candidates, employees and all levels of management
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent attraction, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, and functions
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, compliance, and process excellence.
• A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
