Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru, India seeks a visionary Head of Recruiting to shape the recruiting strategy for our key growth region and lead a high-performing team. You will build long-term talent pipelines and align talent acquisition with business goals.

You will partner with HR, employer branding, and senior leaders to drive data-informed hiring decisions, scale operations, and foster a customer-focused recruiting culture across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Talent Acquisition, incl. 6+ yrs leading TA teams
• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing or Communications or related field
• Strong leadership, analytics and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiting professionals.
• Partner with Talent Attraction and Employer Branding teams to strengthen Infineon's employer brand.
• Use recruiting data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Recruiting Services to align recruiting with workforce planning.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition topics.
• Contribute to the Global Recruiting Leadership Team and develop global strategies and best practices.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent while building sustainable talent pipelines for current and future business needs
• Lead and develop a team of recruiting professionals and foster a high-performing, customer-focused recruiting organization
• Partner with Talent Attraction and Employer Branding teams to strengthen Infineon's employer brand and support effective talent attraction initiatives
• Use recruiting data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and support business decision-making
• Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners and Recruiting Services teams to align recruiting activities with workforce planning and operational excellence
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition topics
• Contribute as a member of the Global Recruiting Leadership Team and support the development of global recruiting strategies and best practices

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 6+ years leading Talent Acquisition or Recruiting teams in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
• Experience partnering with senior business and Human Resources stakeholders and translating business needs into talent acquisition strategies
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing organizational change is preferred
