Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru invites a skilled Simulation Engineer to design, validate, and optimize circuit models using SPICE, LTspice, and Simulink. You will automate workflows with Python, manage artifacts in Git/GitLab, and produce robust documentation and training material.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools, libraries, and engineering processes, applying fundamentals of electronics and circuit theory to support cutting-edge power and IoT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of strong understanding of electronic components, circuit symbols, and circuit theory.
• Ability to interpret and analyze electrical waveforms, including voltage, current, and frequency.
• Familiarity with analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Hands-on experience with SPICE and similar circuit simulation tools such as LTspice and Simulink.
• Ability to create component libraries, configure simulation profiles, and troubleshoot simulation errors.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab, including version control, branching, merging, and collaborative development workflows.
• Expertise in circuit simulation, waveform analysis, and electronics fundamentals.
• Experience in technical content creation and documentation.
• Strong data management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
