Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a dynamic Talent Development professional for our Ahmedabad site. This role focuses on onboarding, high-potential development programs, and site-wide TD events, with close collaboration to engage stakeholders and drive program impact.

You will coordinate orientations, workshops and newsletters, while ensuring smooth logistics and data reporting using Excel and HR dashboards. A 3rd party payroll contract role offers benefits through the partner company.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification or certification in HR or Talent Development is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management roles.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for orientation sessions and workshops.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build hands on experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development. The ideal candidate will confidently facilitate and coordinate key initiatives such as new hire orientations, high potential development programs, and site-wide Talent Development events. Strong organizational skills, a solid grasp of the Talent Development portfolio, and the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders are essential for success in this role. Are you in?

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Stakeholder Engagement & Portfolio Awareness
  • Engage with business stakeholders to discuss and promote the Talent Development (TD) portfolio.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of TD offerings and initiatives.
• High Potential Talent Program
  • Support the development of high-potential employees by assisting in the planning and execution of program events and activities at the Ahmedabad site.
  • Collaborate with the TD lead to coordinate talent reviews and ensure completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Talent Development Events
  • Assist in organizing TD events, including scheduling, communications, and logistics.
  • Design and distribute newsletters to promote site-wide TD initiatives.
• New Hire Orientation & Intern Induction
  • Partner with the TD lead to plan and facilitate engaging orientation sessions for new hires, apprentices, and interns.
  • Confidently present the TD portfolio and manage event logistics, including the Apprentice and Intern Launch Pad.
• Workshop Facilitation
  • Organize and confidently facilitate learning workshops and development sessions for employees at the Ahmedabad site.
• HR TD Operational Support
  • Create and manage purchase requests for TD-related activities using the designated procurement tool., vendor invoices validation, purchase order.
• HR Dashboards & Reporting
  • Include the ability to generate reports using Excel and the Infineon HR Dashboard tool to track training data and program outcomes. Maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with facilities team to training room set up, IT set up, internal & external. Post training feedback follow up and analysis.
• Additional Responsibilities
  • Take on other training and development tasks as assigned during the course of the assignment.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Educational Background

A postgraduate qualification or certification in HR or Talent Development is a plus.

Experience & Exposure

2–4 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management roles. Prior experience in organizing employee development programs or onboarding initiatives is highly desirable. Good presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently lead orientation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Proven ability to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously, with attention to detail and strong time management. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions and levels. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems or dashboards . Experience with data reporting and visualization tools is a plus. Fair experience using learning management systems. Ability to create engaging newsletters, event communications, and promotional content to drive participation and awareness. Self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving HR landscape.

This is a contract role under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
