Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Specialist Production Management to bridge Business Line and Operations, taking ownership of IC product portfolios from development to volume production. Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related engineering field.
• Knowledge of submicron IC manufacturing processes and global manufacturing landscape.
• Knowledge of product and test concepts.
• Knowledge of CMOS and Flash technology integration.
• Knowledge of reliability assessment methods.
• Strong coordination skills and understanding across engineering, logistics, and business.
• Strong communication skills in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between the Business Line and Operations.
• Assume product responsibility upon completion of development and manage a broad portfolio of IC products.
• Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary product ramp-up teams.
• Understand and implement manufacturing strategies, including transfers, ensuring capability and capacity from development through volume production.
• Analyze product cost structures and implement cost-reduction measures across the supply chain (yield, test, material, manufacturing, process).
• Lead or own projects, including digitization and strategic initiatives.
• Drive task forces, focus teams, and 8D activities to address and resolve issues.
