The Staff Nurse - Cath Lab will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care during cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures while ensuring patient safety, procedural efficiency, and post-procedure recovery.

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms continuously.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Prepare and maintain Cath Lab equipment and consumables.
• Ensure aseptic techniques and infection control compliance.
• Assist during angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker, and stent procedures.
• Monitor patients during recovery and post-procedure care.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain procedure records and nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies and complications.
• Coordinate with cardiologists, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure proper inventory management of Cath Lab supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs.
