The PICU Staff Nurse will monitor children with critical conditions, administer treatments, assist doctors during procedures, operate critical care equipment, and ensure safe and compassionate pediatric care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide intensive nursing care to pediatric patients in PICU.
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, respiratory condition, and clinical changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist pediatric intensivists during procedures and emergency care.
• Manage pediatric patients requiring ventilator and critical monitoring support.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Monitor fluid balance, nutrition, and medication responses.
