A Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering direct patient care and supporting the overall clinical management of patients. The includes patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, nursing procedures, documentation, emergency response, infection prevention, patient education, and coordination with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain safe and high-quality nursing services.
