Job summary

Infineon Technologies Bengaluru seeks an experienced engineer to develop advanced ATE test solutions for power products and drive new product introductions from design through production.

You will lead test yield and cost-reduction initiatives, perform characterization, and mentor junior engineers while owning major responsibilities for power product launches globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in ATE testing for analog/mixed/power products.
• Experience in test hardware design for high current/high voltage tests.
• New product test development from design to production and release.

Responsibilities

• Test Solutions Development in ETS/V93K Power testing.
• Test Solutions design release to production; yield improvement and cost reduction.
• ATE characterization and product fab transfer.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• 7+ years experience in ATE Testing Strong Analog/Mixed/Power products test knowledge
• Experience in Test hardware design for high current/high voltage tests Experience in Multi power stage products/ Buck boost controllers/Pointof Loads/Power stage products
• New products Test development experience from Design to Production
• Strong Technical back ground Experience in ATE Char/Qual Programs development
• Well experienced in Test Hardware/Software qualification and release process
• Good Work Experience in ETS800 / ETS364 / 93K SMT8 Power config is preferred.
• Familiar in Programming languages ( C, C++ , Java, Python, VB, etc )
