Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru is seeking an ATE Test Engineer to lead and support IoT NPI silicon bring-up and production.

You will develop test plans, design and debug ATE hardware and software, and oversee test activities with internal and external houses to ensure high-quality, cost-effective mass production of IoT devices like BT, BLE and Wi-Fi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fundamentals (analog/digital).
• Experience with DFT techniques such as ATPG and PMU blocks.
• Proficiency in programming/test development for IoT devices (BT, BLE, Wi-Fi).

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electronics and Communication OR Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics.
• Good understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals (Analog/Digital and Circuit Theory).
• Sound understanding of Semiconductor Design for Test (DFT) techniques such as ATPG and PMU blocks like BUCLK and LDO's with Trimming procedure.
• Expertise in Semiconductor Testing Methodology, using Teradyne-Ultraflex-RF. Ultraflex + is an added advantage.
• Good programming skills in writing and debugging test programs and ATE hardware-related issues.
• Provide test engineering expertise and troubleshooting support to both internal and external customers.
• Competency in programming with Scripting languages (ie., Perl/Python) and high-level languages (i.e. C/C++, JAVA, Visual Basic).
• Develop and debug characterization and production test programs for IoT products (BT, BLE, Wi-Fi) on digital/Mixed signal/PMU/RF blocks.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with project team members across development sites and product roles of IP design, applications, DFT, Product engineering, and Test engineering.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Familiar with UNIX/LINUX environment, commands, and shell scripts.
• Good team player, attitude, and thirst for continuous learning Leadership.
