Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Bengaluru, India seeks an Asa ATE Test Engineer to lead and support IoT NPI product silicon bring-up and production test development.

You will develop test plans, design and debug ATE hardware/software, debug silicon on ATE, and drive robust, cost-effective test solutions for mass production, coordinating with internal and external test houses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics.
• Strong fundamentals in analogue/digital circuits and circuit theory.
• Hands-on experience with Semiconductor Testing Methodologies and ATPG/DFT concepts.
• Experience with Teradyne Ultraflex RF and related test equipment is advantageous.
• Programming skills for writing/debugging test programs and handling hardware issues.
• Ability to provide test engineering support to internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Perl/Python) and higher-level languages (C/C++, Java).
• Experience in IoT test development for BT/BLE/Wi-Fi is desirable.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Electronics and Communication OR Bachelor's / Master'sDegree in Electrical and Electronics.

• Goodunderstanding of semiconductor device fundamentals (Analog/Digital and CircuitTheory).

• Soundunderstanding of Semiconductor Design for Test (DFT) techniques such as ATPGand PMU blocks like BUCLK and LDO’s with Trimming procedure.

• Expertisein Semiconductor Testing Methodology, using Teradyne-Ultraflex-RF. Ultraflex +is an added advantage.

• Goodprogramming skills in writing and debugging test programs and ATEhardware-related issues.

• Providetest engineering expertise and troubleshooting support to both internal andexternal customers

• Competencyin programming with Scripting languages (ie., Perl/Python) and high-levellanguages (i.e. C/C++, JAVA, Visual Basic).

• Developand debug characterization and production test programs for IoT products (BT,BLE, Wi-Fi) on digital/Mixed signal/PMU/RF blocks.

• Cross-functionallycollaborate with project team members across development sites and productroles of IP design, applications, DFT, Product engineering, and Testengineering.

• Good verbal and written communication skills are expected.

• Familiarwith UNIX/LINUX environment, commands, and shell scripts.

• Goodteam player, attitude, and thirst for continuous learning Leadership.
